We’re excited to connect Broome-based dancers and dance teachers with formidable movement artist Zee Zunnur in a one-off workshop at the end of November.
The Groove and Contemporary Dance workshop will illuminate ways in which participants can connect with their inner rhythms while embracing the ecstasy of movement to a soundtrack of groovy beats.
Zee is a talented movement artist experienced as a performer and teacher locally and internationally, currently dancing with world renowned Hofesh Shechter Company. Zunnur’s career has allowed her to work with choreographers and companies including Victor Quijada (RUBBERBAND), Punchdrunk, Dane Hurst and Joseph Toonga (Just Us Dance Theatre).
Groove and Contemporary Dance workshop is suitable for people 13+ with a movement practice. 10am – 11.30am AWST, Saturday 27 November at Broome Civic Centre.
