Marrugeku is seeking a PRODUCER to drive and deliver our dynamic program of activity nationally and internationally including presenting and touring our live dance theatre productions, workshops, residencies and laboratories. We are looking for a highly organised, motivated person with great attention to detail, an ability to multi-task across a wide range of projects and thrive in a fast paced environment. In addition, we are looking for a candidate who is professional, respectful, culturally aware who possess a commitment to furthering Marrugeku’s purpose in line with our organisational values.
Marrugeku has an aim to increase the diversity of the organisation’s core team, and so preference will be given to First People’s candidates.
This is a maternity leave position with a fixed term engagement for a 12-month period with options to extend this engagement as mutually agreed.

Hours of work: Full-Time, Fixed-Term 12 months (Maternity Leave)
(38 hours a week – days and hours in the office are flexible)
Location: Sydney or Broome
Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 per annum commensurate with experience + superannuation
