Marketing Coordinator

Elizabeth (Betty) Coultas joins Marrugeku in 2026 as Marketing Coordinator. With a background spanning arts marketing, education and community engagement, she brings a blend of creativity and strategy, with a collaborative approach to supporting artists and audiences. Betty studied in Perth, New York City and Sydney, going on to work at several private galleries, the Biennale of Sydney and the Museum of Contemporary Art. After relocating back to regional Western Australia, Betty has spent the past ten years working in community engagement, education and art galleries. Betty has extensive experience working with First Nations artists, students, and communities across Western Australia, supporting culturally responsive programs and storytelling initiatives. She is passionate about amplifying diverse voices and creating meaningful audience engagement. Betty also co-owned several dance schools in the region. Driven by a belief in the power of the arts to spark dialogue and change, Betty is excited to build and strengthen meaningful connections between Marrugeku’s work and its audiences.
